Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Torq&Trail purchase.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Trying an item on for size is fine.

For change-of-mind or sizing returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
